Tank-to-pump reconciliation
At the end of every shift, what the tank measured is compared against what the pumps sold. Cross the threshold and the alert fires before the shift closes.
Resupply forecasting
It reads the consumption curve to work out when a tank will run out, so the tanker is scheduled days before the tank hits bottom.
Loss and leak detection
An unexpected level drop does not stay hidden for days. The deviation reaches the right screen within hours.
Fleet card anomalies
Unusual hours, amounts or vehicle-to-card matches get flagged. Control does not wait for the month-end statement.
Shift reports
The day closes on a single page produced by the system, not on a handful of receipts added up by hand.
One screen
Four stations live on one panel: what is in each tank, which pump is running, which alert is open.
